Congratulations! Of all the forgotten nooks and neglected crannies of the Internet, you found LiveTurd.com. Make of it what you like (or dislike).

So what's a liveturd and why liveturd.com?
Liveturds are little segmented creatures that live in the sea. They are a kind of isopod; small crustaceans that look like a watery version of an unwound potato bug. Unlike their earth-bound brethren, they are quite zippy, moving around like miniscule acrobatic submarines in their watery world. You can find them all over the world in all shapes, sizes, colors and patterns, but the ones I've encountered live in the cold North Atlantic Ocean.

On one particular day in July, the waters off Rockport were so full of these things that it looked like the sea was a teaming cesspool of little brownish-green turds. But the turds were ALIVE! They were LiveTurds! The name stuck, and a line-drawn character evolved. They might bite you, so watch out!
